The bank reconciliation system is designed to be user-friendly and give a competitive advantage to our clients. 1. Enter your username and password on this page to log in to the system.
2. For each account you have, upload the archives that need to be reconciled in .csv format using our easy-to-use interface.
3. Decide how you want the system to automatically reconcile your accounts (amount + reference, amount match, various transactions to one transaction etc) and reconcile them automatically.
4. Complete the reconciliation using the manual reconciliation module in case it was not possible to reconcile any part of the archive automatically.
5. Print the results and export them to Excel for later analysis.
6. The system will store the transactions for next month's (or period's) conciliation.

Technical information: Reconciliation Express is based on the web system SaaS, made in PHP5 scripting language and with a MySQL database. It is installed in various servers dedicated exclusively to the system and is operated by an actual hosting business in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The servers are protected by a firewall and the information sent between your computer and the servers is encrypted. The servers are backed up multiple times a day to a number of places and are connected by three different internet providers. The bottom line is that our security is a source of pride. We've maintained 99% connectivity in recent years and that will continue.
